This page explains what happens to the details you give JM Landscapes when you contact us or ask for a quote.

Who we are

JM Landscapes is a garden services business on the Wirral. You can contact us on 07816 128 172 or by email (see the bottom of this page).

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, email address (if you give it), the details of the job and any photos you add. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you send.

Why we use it

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Where it's kept

Enquiries sent through the website, including any photos, are stored securely on servers in London and emailed to us. Only we can see them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for customers, for as long as we look after your garden plus the time we're required to keep business records.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It uses cookies and doesn't tell us who you are.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just get in touch using the details below. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
