Garden makeovers
A better layout can make all the difference to how you use your garden. We bring patios, paths, fencing and lawns together, taking care of the work from the initial clearance to the finishing touches.
Patios and paths
A patio with room for the table and chairs, or a proper path to the shed. We install new paving, with the ground properly prepared and levels set for drainage.
Driveways
We install new driveways. The work starts with a properly prepared base and drainage considered from the outset.
Fencing
From replacing a damaged section to renewing the whole boundary, we fit fencing to suit your garden. We remove the old fence and posts, and leave everything cleared up when we’re finished.
New lawns
We remove the old grass, prepare and level the soil, then lay fresh turf.
Questions
How much will the work cost?
The size of the job, materials, access and amount of ground preparation all affect the price. We offer a free site visit, followed by a written quote setting out the work included and a fixed price.
Do you take the waste away?
Yes. Waste removal and disposal are included in our quote, and we leave the site tidy when the work is finished.
Can you work in a garden with narrow access?
Yes. We have narrow-access diggers for gardens where larger machinery won’t fit. We’ll check gate widths, passageways and any tight turns during the site visit.
My garden holds water. Can this be sorted as part of the work?
We’ll assess the ground, levels and where the water collects before recommending a solution. Any drainage work needed can be included in the quote alongside the paving or lawn.
When is the best time to lay a new lawn?
Spring and autumn generally offer the best conditions, though turf can be laid through much of the year. We avoid laying it on frozen or waterlogged ground.
